By using Metra, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or workspace services.

2. Modifications

We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of MetraUI after an update means you accept the revised terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The MetraUI name, interface, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to MetraUI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without permission.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the service, you agree that you will not:

• Copy or distribute content without the required permission.
• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Metra, another account, or its data.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the service.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid features, fees, and billing intervals are shown when a plan is selected. Unless a refund is required by applicable law or stated in the plan terms, payments are non-refundable. Contact the workspace administrator for billing questions.

6. Limitation of Liability

MetraUI is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MetraUI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
